Rabea Ataya, the CEO of Bayt, heads the overall vision, strategy and financial growth
of Bayt.com. After graduating from Stanford University with a Masters degree in
Electrical Engineering, Rabea returned to the Middle East where he founded a successful
data storage company - Infofort. In his role as Chief Executive Officer,
Rabea Ataya has recruited the executive team, has raised several rounds of venture
capital and private funding and has led strategy, direction and implementation.

Dan Stuart is the Head of Strategic
Initiatives at Bayt.com and the Director of Intilaq. Dan oversees all aspects of
strategy, product development, user experience design and new initiatives. Dan also
oversees strategic and emerging business development for Bayt.com both within and
outside the scope of a job site. Previously, Dan served as Business Manager for
the Enterprise Sales Division at Bayt, managing corporate sales across 9 offices
in 6 countries. Dan has degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University and the University
of Toronto in Canada, the most recent being a Masters Degree in Curriculum, Theory
and Learning focusing on e-learning.
Dan Stuart is a Managing Partner of Intilaq and handles the day-to-day operations.
